Sabse pehle methi ko clean kar ke pani se wash karein.methi ko barik kat le.aloo ko peel kar ke 6pieces me cut kar le.green chillies bhi brik kat le.

Ab ek kadahi me medium flame par oil garam karein.usme ginger,green chilli dale.1 minute tak saute karein.

Ab usme methi aur aloo dale.sath hi salt,turmeric, red chilli,hing aur garam masala dal kar ache se mix karein.

Half lid kra kar 10minutes tak pakne de.agar apko lage ke pani ki jaroorat hai to thora pani add karein.

10minutes par check karein.flame off kar de.

Serving plate me dale.roti ya parantha ke sath serve karein.
