heat veg oil in a large saucepan until hot.

add the corn and spread it out to cover the base of the pan.

cook corn until it starts to pop then add the lid.

shake the pan while cooking for 3 more mins

for the sauce melt the butter, peanut butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan over a low heat.

stir well.

put popcorn in a container and pour sauce over it,

shake to get all of the popcorn coated.
