Combine pb, caramel topping, and milk in small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and warm.

Serve dip with apple and pretzels.

Microwave: combine pb, caramel and milk in micro sage bowl. Microwave at medium 1 minute, stir well. Microwave an additional minute or until mixture is melted. Serve.
