Preheat oven to 350°

Rinse, cut tops off and remove seeds of peppers

Mix ground beef, minute rice, salt, pepper, dried onions, celery, and one can tomato soup

Stuff peppers with meat mixture.

Put in pot with lid

Mix two cans of tomato soup and two cans of water. Pour over peppers.

Bake covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then uncovered for 15 minutes.
