In a bowl take curd and add 3 tsp biryani masala green paste salt then add cleaned prawns and marinate for 1 hour

In a kadai add oil and put half portion of whole garam masala.

Then add handful of coriander and haldi stirr.

Add onion and salt saute till onion cooks and oil separates add 2 tsp of biryani masala

Once oil start separating add tomato pulp and stirr continuously let it cook

Meanwhile in a big vessel boil the water. Wash and keep aside the basmati rice. When water starts boiling add remaining half portion whole garam masala and coriander salt and 2-3 tsp oil.

When masala leaves the colour and aroma add soaked rice into it. Once the rice 3/4th done or cooked strain out water and keep aside.

Check the masala we r preparing. If it is done add marinated prawns and green chillies and cook on low flame. Add little water to make gravy. When done slow down the gas.

Add the rice layer above it and spread 2 tsp ghee and chopped coriander and Pudina leaves (crushed by hand)sprinkle 1tsp of biryani masala. sprinkle kewra water 1tsp with little biryani colour above

Place a tava on gas with high flame keep your biryani kadai above. Slow down flame and let it remain there for half and hour to get Dum biryani.
