Place olive oil, cilantro, basil, parsley, lime juice, garlic & 1tbspn salt in a blender & mix until smooth

Reserve 1/2cup of mixture & refrigerate

Add remaining mixture to meat, marinate meat in fridge for at least 3 hrs

preheat oven to 375°F

Heat grill pan over medium high heat & add 1tbspn of oil, once pan is hot add meat, cook for 4 to 5 min each side.

Place bread on oven rack for 5min to toast

Heat remaining oil over medium high heat, add onions & cook till it starts to brown, about 1 min & season / salt

Take researve herb mixture and brush on both inside of breads

Place steak and then onions
