Boil your rice.

For the sauce:

Heat little oil(I used some of the groundnut oil I got from the kulikuli).

Pour in already ground pepper and ginger and fry a little.

Add onions and cook for like a minute.

Add the already diced cabbage and carrots

Add seasoning.

Taste for salt.
