Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 10large tomatoes (blended)
  3. 16fresh pepper (blended)
  4. 1large onions (blended)
  5. 1small green bell pepper (blended)
  6. Meatstock (well seasoned with garlic, ginger, nutmeg,curry)
  7. Salt
  8. 1 teaspoonWhite pepper
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the blended vegetables until try but not burnt

  2. 2

    Then par boil the rice and rinse in cold water then set aside in a sieve to drain

  3. 3

    Place a pot on the heat and add vegetable oil then pour in the boiled vegetables and fry for 6-10 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the meatstock and taste for seasoning. Then add salt and seasoning with the white pepper

  5. 5

    Then pour in the par boiled rice and stir

  6. 6

    Taste for seasoning and cover to boil until dried
