  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 2 kgcooked githeri
  3. pumpkin veins
  4. 1 pinchsalt

    Peel the potatoes and boil them

  2. 2

    Boil the pumpkin veins to a soft texture

  3. 3

    Mix the potatoes, pumpkin veins and cooked githeri together add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Smash the mixture to form a solid mixture

  5. 5

    Serve when hot
