  • 50 mlhon-tsuyu
  • 150 mlhot water

    Boil the soba for 4 mins. Then drain the water and

    Mix the hon-tsuyu and hot water then just mix with the soba in a bowl.

    Toppings can be anything. In this case vegetable tempura, Kakiage.
