Beat your eggs. Add sliced tomato and onion and salt

Add the cheese... while making an omelette. Cheese helps bind it together so it doesnt fall apart and ofcourse add some good flavour.

Heat your oil add the egg.. cook well till browned.

Serve with a banana and sauce.
