Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 500 gmBasmati Rice
  2. 100gms, Green peas, Green chilies, carrot, Potato, Onion
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt, mustard turmeric powder
  4. 50 mlGhee, cooking oil
  5. 1 bunchcoriander leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First chop all the vegetables except peas.

    In a pressure cooker add oil and ghee allow mustard to crack and add all vegetables along with chilies and salt. Fry for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Soak the rice for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    In the Pressure cooker add the soaked rice and add 2 cups of water (for 1 cup of rice)

  5. 5

    Add the soaked Rice. Allow for 2-3 whistles. Then open the cooker and add the coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Peaspulav is ready to taste.
