First of all take all purpose flour in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp oil, salt and water and make a smooth dough.

Rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Now in a bowl add eggs, salt and pepper.

Whisk it properly.

Make roti out of the dough.

Heat a tawa.

Place the roti and cook it from both sides with some oil just like paratha.

Now reduce the flame of the gas.

Add the egg mix on the roti and spread it evenly on it.

Leave for one minute.

Now flip the roti to place egg side on tawa.

Cook properly.

Place some cooked noodles, onion, cucumber, cabbage, chilli on the roti.

Add two type of sauce.

Add salt, pepper and lime juice.

Roll it with a tissue or aluminium foil.

Serve hot.
