Pumpkin parathas
Steps

Mix all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and oil and make a dough.

Make small balls and roll them into parathas
- 3
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and once again roll the paratha so that they doesn't fall off while you cook them.

Heat a pan or tava and start cooking the parathas from both the sides
- 5
The aroma of roasted seeds is just awesome
- 6
Serve with green Chutney and fresh malai.
