  • 500 gbeef steak
  • 1/2 cupcanola oil
  • 1 teaspoonsteak and chops spice
  • 1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
  • Bit of Worcester sauce
  • 4 cupswater
  • 3 cupsmealie meal
  • Pinchsalt

    In a bowl mix steak with spices and Worcester sauce then in a pan heat oil and fry steak until it's soft and tender

  2. 2

    It can be served with porridge or any other meal
