1chopped onion
1chopped carrot
1/ 4 cup spinach (palak)
1 tsppudina leaves
2chopped green chilles
2 cupwheat flour
1 tspjeera
1 tspajwain
1 tbspoil for moin
Salt as per taste
1 tspturmeric powder
Water as per needed to make dough

In a mixture grinder grind all Veges make a fine paste..

In a bowl take wheat flour add grinded paste jeera ajwain oil salt turmeric powder water make a dough

Take a portion roll it....

Cook it on tava..

Serve hot hot paratha
