1/2 cupcanola oil
1 teaspoonsteak and chops spice
1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
Bit of Worcester sauce
4 cupswater
3 cupsmealie meal

In a bowl mix steak with spices and Worcester sauce then in a pan heat oil and fry steak until it's soft and tender
