  1. For golgappas
  2. 100 gmwheat
  3. 50maida
  4. 50 gmsooji
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 pinchBaking soda
  7. 3 tspoil
  8. 1 cupseedless tamarind soaked and pulp taken out
  9. 1 tspJeera powder fresh roasted
  10. 3/4 tspRock salt
  11. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  12. as neededMint leaves
  13. 1/2 cupSugar
  14. 1/4 tspDry ginger..
  15. For filling
  16. 2Boiled potato
  17. 1/2 cupSprout moong
  18. 1/2 cupPomegranate seeds arils
  19. 1Peach (aadu)chopped or apple
  20. 1/2 cupBoiled kala chana
  21. as neededMint leaves
  22. 100 gmgreen coriander chutney
  23. as per tasteSalt

Steps

One hour
  1. 1

    Boil tamarind by adding half glass of water

  2. 2

    Add mint leaves spices sugar and salt.. make tangy water of thinner consistency

  3. 3

    Make filling by mixing mashed potato with the ingredients given

  4. 4

    Break puchkas from the centre and fill with the ingredients for filling and have it with with tangy water
