Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and bananas.

  2. 2

    Wash them

  3. 3

    Fry onions till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and cook till soft

  5. 5

    Add the potatoes and bananas

  6. 6

    Add coriander leave the salt.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cups of water the beef cube

  8. 8

    Cover to cook till soft enough to eat

  9. 9

    Serve warm
