in a saucepan place cold milk, drinking chocolate, sugar and teddy bear biscuits broken into small pieces.

on medium heat stir with a whisk. keep stirring till biscuits have dissolved in milk. stir continuously till milk becomes thick and smooth like custard. serve/eat hot or cold.
