Ingredients

1 bowlLong grain rice 80% cook
1egg
1 tbspshezwan rice
1green onion
1 cupchopped mushrooms
1fine chopped carrot
Oil

Steps

First dilute shezwan sauce in 2 tbsp water.

Take oil in pan and break egg directly on it and scrambled it.

Add all vegetables and diluted paste of shezwan sauce. Add rice and mix it and cover it and let it cook till rice grains gets nice red colour of shezwan sauce. And serve it.
