  • 2kali elaichi
  • 1Chhota piece dalchini
  • to tasteNamak According
  • 1/4teaspoon. grm masala
  • Oil for fry
  • Ghee for chaunk
  • Maheen kata hara dhaniya

Steps

  1. 1

    Gobhi ke ful nikal kar dho lein.Paani nichod le.

  2. 2

    Aalu bhi chilkr dhokr bade piece kat le

  3. 3

    Pan mein oil dal kar gas par gram kar le aur gobhi ke ful aur aalu light brown hone tak fry kar ke nikal le.

  4. 4

    Mixi mein garlic,ginger,onion& tomato pees lein.

  5. 5

    Pan mein 1tb.spoon.ghee dal kar gas on kar de aur isme badi elaichi,dalchini daale.

  6. 6

    Paste dal kar bhune aur pisa dhaniya,haldi,lal mirch bhi dal de.

  7. 7

    Jab bhun jaane ki khushbu aane lage to 1gilaas paani dal kar ubal aane de aur fried gobhi aalu daal de.

  8. 8

    Dhimi aanch par dhak kar pakaaye.

  9. 9

    Namak bhi daal de.

  10. 10

    Gobhi aalu gal jaane par mnpasan gaadhi greavy hone tak pakaye.

  11. 11

    Grm masala,hara dhaniya bhi daal dein.

  12. 12

    Roti paranthe ke saath serve karein.
