preheat oven to 350°

crumble 1/2 cup of the bleu cheese into bottom of greased 9x13 pan

crumble biscuits over the bleu cheese crumbles

saute onions, green peppers, corn in butter until softened

add the sauteed vegetables over the biscuits
- 6
mix eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper together. pour over biscuits and vegetables

crumble the remaining of the bleu cheese on top

bake 50-60 minutes until golden and set in the middle
- 9
serve warm
