Ingredients

  1. 1 eachpie crust, cooked for 10 minutes
  2. 1 cuppecans
  3. 1/4 cuppecans
  4. 6 tbspbutter, melted
  5. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  6. 3 eacheggs, beaten
  7. 1/4 tspcinnamon
  8. 1 cupcorn syrup
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. buttery pecan sauce
  11. 1/2 stickbutter, melted
  12. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  13. 1/4 tspcinnamon
  14. 1 cuppecans, chopped
  15. 2 cupbrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    spread pecans over pie crust

  3. 3

    mix the brown sugar and butter together until sugar is dissolved

  4. 4

    mix in the remaining ingredients and pour this over the pecans

  5. 5

    bake for 30-35 minutes until set in center

  6. 6

    FOR THE BUTTERY PECAN SAUCE

  7. 7

    stir sauce ingredients together until sugar is dissolved and creamy

  8. 8

    pour over pie pieces as you serve it
