Take the karela peels in a bowl. Add salt to it and leave it for 10 minutes. wash them with water. squeeze and drain out the excess water.

In a mixing bowl, add the karela peels and all ingredients except oil. mix well add little water to make a medium stuff dough. add around a tsp of oil and knead to from a non sticky dough.

Heat the oil in a pan frying. Pinch small balls with the dough. flatten it to a small and slights thick circle with a rolling pin.

When the oil is hot enough, drop the rolled pooris into the hot oil. deep fry them till golden brown on both sides. Drain them on a paper napkin then serve.
