Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and green chillies

Add green peas now add red chilli powder, haldi powder, Garam masala and salt

Mix it well and cook it for 15 minutes

Keep it for 10 minutes to cool and then blend it with mixer grinder

Take flour add ghee, salt, oil and water

Knead it and make a soft dough

Make small balls flatten it and put the stuffing and give it a shape of baati

Pre heat the oven in convection mode at highest temperature for 5 minutes

Now put the baati on same temperature for 5 -5 minutes from both the sides on the high rack

Pour some ghee on baati

Baati is ready to serve
