Steps

For Kofta:-

Grate Paneer and Add Bread Crumbs, Salt and make balls. (for cover)

Stuff Mawa and Dry Fruits into the cover and fry them

For Gravy:-

Put 1 Tsp oil in kadhai, add Dal Cheeni, Cardamom, Tomatoes, Kaju, salt and Mirchi Powder and cook till Tomatoes go soft.

Let it cool and then grind in Grinder.

Take 1 Tsp Oil in Kadhai, Mirchi Powder, Kitchen King Masala and the Grinded Tomato Paste and cook for 5-7 mins

Add Cream and kasuri methi

Add Koftas 2-3 mins before serving

Grate paneer on top for garnish
