  3. 2large tomatoes

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria

    Add chopped onions and pounded garlic then stir till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes then stir

  4. 4

    When all tomatoes are smashed add beans and stir

  5. 5

    Let it boil with 4 glasses of water

  6. 6

    Add rice then cover to cook

  7. 7

    When done turn of the heat

  8. 8

    Serve while hot with eggs
