Beans with fried plantain and sauce
My simple sauce to go with the beans.
Steps

Blend the fresh tomatoes and ata rodo.

Boil for 15minutes,and keep it down.

Bleach the palmoil for 5minutes.bring it down from the heat to cool.place it back on the heat again.

Slice onion and fry in the bleached oil.

Put salt,stock cubes and crayfish. fry for another 3minutes or more.put it down.

Parboil the beans for 30minutes,Wash and boil again.

Boil till it softens.add salt to taste.

Peel the back of the plantain and slice.sprinkle salt to it

Heat up vegetable oil,put the plantain and fry for 3minutes.
