Where I stay there are no real kienyeji chickens. A friend gave me this and I really appreciated it. I loved the original taste of the chicken.

Divide the chicken into medium sizes. Wash and put to boil for 15 mins until soft. If not soft by then, cook for 15 more minutes.

When boiling cut the tomatoes and onions.
- 3
Fry the onions in a sufuria with 1 tbsp of oil until lightly brown.
- 4
Add in tomatoes and stir until soft.
- 5
Break the royco cubes and put in the cooking sufuria.
- 6
Add in salt and and some water.
- 7
Add in the boiled chicken and stir.
