Divide the chicken into medium sizes and put in a sufuria to boil. Boil with salt and 3 tbsp of oil

Boil until water is all dried up and let it brown a little bit for a while.

Cut the onions and tomatoes. Then add the onions in the cooking chicken and cook until soft.

Then add in tomatoes. Cook/stir while covering until the tomatoes are mashed up.

Add in tomato paste and stir really well.

Dissolve royco in 40mls of water and add to the chicken. Boil for a 1 minutes add salt and a little bit of cayenne pepper.

Add in water and boil for 5 minutes.( the amount of water depends on the amount of soup you want. I personally preferred a little soup
