Place sugar and half cups of water in a pan and dissolve sugar over low heat. When dissolved increase the heat and bring to a boil and cook over high heat till a two thread consistency is reached.

Mix in the rajgira and mashed koha quickly into the syrup. Take it off the heat and cool slightly. Grease your palms, make laddoos (they are bigger than the normal boondi or besan laddoos). Leave to cool and serve or store in an airtight container.

If you want you can add nuts too like cashew nuts,raisins etc.
