Ek bowl mey daliya aur moong dal le aur achche se wash karein.

Ab cooker mey daliya aur dal daale.

Ab haldi powder, red chilli powder aur tomato daal kar 1-2 glasses paani daale aur salt daal kar cooker ko band karein.

2-3 siti aane de aur phir gas band karein.

Ab ek pan mey ghee garam karein usme jeera, hing ka tadka tayar karein aur khichdi mey daale.

Ab ek bowl mey nikale aur green coriander se garnished karein aur serve karein.
