Gajar ka halwa without condensed milk

First grate GAJAR.

Heat a kadai and add 2 TBS GHEE into it.

In another pan add MILK. When MILK start boiling reduce the flame and cook till MILK becomes half.

When ghee melts add GAJAR and cook till GAJAR absorb all WATER.

It takes 10 to 15 Minute.

After 15 Minute add MILK into GAJAR and mix it well.

Cover the lid and cook it about 10 Minute on low flame.

After minute open the lid and mix it.

Now add SUGAR and mix it.

Again cover the lid and cook it another 10 minute

Now add CHOPPED NUTS and CARDAMOM POWDER.

Mix it well.

Again cook it about 1 minute.

After 1 minute add 1 TBS GHEE.mix it and switch off the flame.

HALWA is ready to serve.

Garnish with CARDAMOM POWDER and CHOPPED NUTS.
