Ingredients

2 serve
  1. Matar 1 katori boiled
  2. Methi leaves cleaned, chopped, boiled and pureed
  3. Garam masala pdr,jeera pdr,coriander pdr1/2tsp each
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. Sugar1/2tsp
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 7-8Cashews
  8. Cream -2tbsp
  9. Onion white ---1
  10. Garlic- 3 -4 cloves, ginger- 1 inch
  11. 1 tspKasuri methi
  12. 1 tbspGhee or white butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil onion, cashews, ginger and garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    Make puree in a mixture.

    Take ghee in a wok. when it gets hot add onion puree. Cook it properly for 5mts.

  4. 4

    Add methii puree.It should also be cooked thoroughly so that its rawness goes away.

  5. 5

    Now add milk and peas stirringly.

  6. 6

    Add salt and sugar and spices.Some water if it is too thick.

  7. 7

    At last add fresh cream and kasuri methii to enhance the taste.

  8. 8

    Eat it with nan or missi roti.

  9. 9

    Don't use methii water Use it for other purposes.
