Ingredients

25 balls
  • 400 gdates (stoned)
  • 200 gany nuts (I used almonds and hazlenuts)
  • 2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 4 tbspraw cacao powder (can use normal cocoa powder too)
  • 3 tbspnut butter (peanut, almond, cashew butter etc)

Steps

  1. 1

    Using your food processor, whizz the nuts until they are a fine texture

  2. 2

    Add in the dates and coconut oil and process until all mixed in

  3. 3

    Spoon in the nut butter and cacao powder and whizz until all thoroughly mixed

  4. 4

    Use a tablespoon size of the mixture and squeeze into a ball, rolling around your palms to get a good shape. Continue until you use all the mixture - should make approx 25 balls

  5. 5

    Chill the balls for a few hours and store them in the fridge
