These are a tasty healthy nutritious snack and quite simple to make - no cooking required!

Using your food processor, whizz the nuts until they are a fine texture

Add in the dates and coconut oil and process until all mixed in
- 3
Spoon in the nut butter and cacao powder and whizz until all thoroughly mixed

Use a tablespoon size of the mixture and squeeze into a ball, rolling around your palms to get a good shape. Continue until you use all the mixture - should make approx 25 balls

Chill the balls for a few hours and store them in the fridge
