Braised Greens with Cherries and Pine Nuts

In a wok or skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minutes. Add sesame oil and greens and stir-fry for 1 minute or until wilted.

Stir in cherries, pine nuts and nutmeg and stir until heated through. Drizzle some molasses on each plate, if using, and pile braised greens beside it.
