  3. 1/4 kgGroundnut oil

    Slice the plantain,heat up the frying pan.

  2. 2

    Pour in the groundnutoil after a minute gradually put the plantains

  3. 3

    Fry for 2mins,fry in batches to avoid clustering the frying pan.
