Ingredients

325 degrees
  1. 4 loavesking sized white bread
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 1 lbground pork
  5. 1 lbground veal
  6. 2-3onions
  7. 3 stalkscelery
  8. Salt,pepper,paprika and a dash of nutmeg to taste

Steps

325 degrees
  1. 1

    Brown ground pork and veal

  2. 2

    Once meat is browned add water and simmer for 30 -45 minutes

  3. 3

    Dice onions and celery.

  4. 4

    Sauteed onions

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients. I do it in quarters

    Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 60-90 minutes covered. Uncover for last 15-20 minutes

  7. 7

    Tip: to prevent sticking spray baking pan/dish with cooking spray.
