Steps

Dice all ingredients and peel the potatoes.

Put onions in a cooking pot, fry till turns brown.

Put peeled potatoes, stir for three minutes then add tomatoes and let it cook till it forms a thick paste.

Add a cup of rice and stir for a minute then add three cups of water and few pinches of salt.

Cover and let it cook for 6 minutes then add diced hoho, carrots and garlic.

Let it simmer for four minutes and serve.
