1/4 cupbutter or margarine, softened
4 cuppowdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cupevaporated milk
1 tspvanilla
1/4 cupevaporated milk

beat butter in medium bowl until light and fluffy.

gradually beat in powdered sugar.

beat in milk and vanilla.

knead on surface sprinkles with additional powdered sugar until smooth and glossy.

divide in portions, knead in paste color and shape as desired.

uncooked fondant can be well wrapped and refrigerated overnight or frozen several weeks.

bring to room temperature before using.

NOTE: makes about 1Cup
