Cook Bacon off in large stockpot. Remove Bacon and set aside, reserve grease. Brown garlic in grease, being careful not to burn it. Add onions and celery and cook down till celery is somewhat soft.

Add cubed potatos and water. Put in the bullion cubes, parsley and salt, pepper and paprika. Add heavy cream. Chop up bacon that's set aside. Let cook over med heat till potatos are done to your liking. You can smash some if you like.

Add chopped bacon and shredded cheese. Stir very well and enjoy!
