Ingredients

  • Plantain
  • Yam
  • Fish
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tablespoonThyme
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cooking utensils

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off the yam, wash and leave in water for about 5 -10 mins with salt just to get it soft for frying, fry afterwards

  2. 2

    Grill fish using oven with spices, bit of vegetable oil and maggi

  3. 3

    Get your plantain ready for frying with vegetable oil, fry afterwards

  4. 4

    Ready to serve and eat
