Take a microwave safe bowl and add salt,cumin seeds,crushed ginger chilli paste.Microwave at high for 1 minute.

Add the sofa and rice flour gradually and mix well to form a lump free mix.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Mix well and again microwave for 3 minutes and your khichu will be ready.

Serve in individual bowls and top it with a tsp of groundnut oil and pickle masala.Enjoy hot.
