Mix flour, salt & pepper.

Heat oil in skillet over med. heat. Dip cube steaks & fry in oil.

Pour stock & beer over meat & simmer 30min. in 350* F oven.

When meat is done, thicken liquid with cornstarch. Add cilantro & rosemary. Serve.

~ To braise, brown meat on all sides. Season as desired. Add small amount of liquid. Cover tightly & cook over low heat until tender.

~ To cook in liquid, brown meat on all sides, season. Add liquid, cover tightly & simmer until tender, approximately 30min. per pound.
