preheat oven to 350°F

place sauteed vegetables to small nonstick pan over medium heat. (onions, spinach, zucchini, broccoli. or tomatoes)

add the eggs (already beaten) with salt and pepper to veggie mixture. move mixture around untul slightly solidified. transfer pan into oven.

bake until frittata is almost firm to the touch. sprinkle cheese and bake until firm.
