Ingredients

  • 1/2 litreor 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupsugar (take half of this, 1/4 cup to make brown sugar)
  • 4cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk for 10_15 minutes on a low flame then add curd and stir, keep it for 20_30 minutes.

    Take 1/4 cup of sugar in pan and melt sugar without water. Add this syrup to milk curd mixture and add remaining 1/4 cup sugar stir well and add cardamom powder.
