Steps

Make one thread sugar syrup and then add elaichi and mix it.

Now mix maida, cornflour, colour, salt, curd and water and make thick batter. And let it ferment for 30 mins.

Now take it in piping bag and directly pour over on oil or ghee. With continuous thread. Flip it once and dirctly put it in syrup. Let syrup coat jelebi. And then take it out and serve it.
