In a bowl add carrot, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, onion, grated cheese, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and tomato sauce

Mix all the vegetables and sauces until well combined
- You can add vegetables of your choice - your mayonnaise mixture is now ready

Cut the corners of all the bread slices
- you can also make sandwich without cutting the corners also
- Cut the remaining slices in a similar manner

Spread veg mayonnaise mixture on the bread slices
- place the other bread slice on top and cut the sandwiches diagonally

You can also grill or toast the sandwiches
