Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 grice
  • 3types of hoho - red, green and yellow
  • 2medium-sized carrots chopped
  • 50 mlcooking oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 cupswater

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and salt.

  3. 3

    Add rice and let it cook

  4. 4

    When water has reduced a little add hohos and carrots

  5. 5

    Stir and let it cook at medium heat. When water is almost finished stir and cover until rice is cooked

  6. 6

    Turn off heat and serve while hot.
