3 servings

250 grice
3types of hoho - red, green and yellow
2medium-sized carrots chopped
50 mlcooking oil
1 tspsalt
3 cupswater

Boil water

Add cooking oil and salt.

Add rice and let it cook

When water has reduced a little add hohos and carrots

Stir and let it cook at medium heat. When water is almost finished stir and cover until rice is cooked

Turn off heat and serve while hot.
